Policies
SHADE + STENCIL is a professional environment, and for the safety and comfort of our clients, and to ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have the following policies in place:
1. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the studio during any tattoo, PMU, or beauty bar procedure.
2. All clients must present valid photo identification prior to the start of any service.
3. All clients must sign a waiver and consent forms prior to the start of any service.
4. We require a deposit for all services.
5. All services must be paid for in full prior to leaving the studio.
6. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
At SHADE + STENCIL, we are committed to providing the best service possible. To ensure this, we have a few policies in place that we ask all clients to follow. Cancellation and rescheduling of any appointment must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, or a forfeit deposit will be required. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible or simply use the online booking system to reschedule your appointment if within the 2-day policy. I understand there are situations where unforeseeable things come up however to respect everyone's time if it is after the 48 hours you will be marked as a no show and the deposit will be forfeited and you will have to re book a new appointment with a new deposit.
This policy is in affect to respect all parties involved time. Services are an investment and is a time slot on my bookings, cancelling last minute and no showing costs me a large amount of time and wasted money.
Note if you no show or cancel your initial session within 48 hours or less the 30% is nonrefundable. Otherwise, the 30% deposit will go towards your total that is due the day of services.
One reschedule will be allowed per down payment. (Must be considered a reschedule 48 hours or more)
For PMU: By booking you understand that this is a two-part appointment and without the touch up your brows are considered incomplete work.
If for any reason you skip the touch up, SHADE + STENCIL is not at fault for essentially unfinished brows/work and no refund will be due.
Touch ups must be completed no later than 10 weeks after your initial brow appointment.
Please note the touch up is an essential part of getting your best brows and by booking you understand that semi-permanent makeup will take patience, and proper aftercare on your part.
Brow shock is a very real thing for many clients, it is important to choose a brow artist that you trust and that helps you understand the process, this is my ultimate goal at SHADE + STENCIL.
NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason.
